Scanning and sorting has always been a cornerstone of the Worden familys approach to finding winning stocks. In fact, the very first stock market collaboration by the Wordens, back in 1960, was a market letter called The Worden Tape Reading Studies. This letter consisted of a systematic tallying and analyzing of all individual transactions on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). Since then, Worden (reorganized as Worden Brothers, Inc.) has developed a number of tools for stock market investors and traders, the most familiar of which is probably the TC2000 stock charting software program.
