This column is our means of communication with our readers. Is there something you would like to know more (or less) about? Have you run across trading techniques, services or products that have proved useful? Tell us about it. Without a source of new ideas and subjects coming from our readers, this magazine would
not exist.

Address your correspondence to: Editor, STOCKS & COMMODITIES, 4757 California Ave. SW, Seattle, WA
98116-4499. As an investment analyst, I would find that ability to conduct Boolean searches on companies, people and other topics invaluable. Time magazine published five years of back issues on their CD-ROM, "Time Almanac 1990s," and this could serve as a good model for you. No need for video or sound, just text, graphics and perhaps a few pictures. I have enjoyed your publication for years. Keep up the good work!

TED H. WESTERFIELD
Americus, GA

Thank you for the fine suggestion. As a matter of fact, we are now in the process of converting all our back issues to the CD-ROM format. Our completed compact disc will cover 12 years of STOCKS & COMMODITIES and will contain text, graphics and "live" sidebars, where the user can jump to an Excel spreadsheet from the text through hypertext. Although a release date is not yet set, look for an announcement of our CD-ROM in an upcoming issue. -Editor
//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0900/3843/6209/files/unnamed_08acdd10-366c-4a98-b52d-48a7374e1b15.jpg?v=1739659571
